    Mission

    • They are seeking a dedicated professional to join their global credit team, focusing on monitoring companies within the High Yield universe across Europe and the US.       Duties
      Track high-yield companies across multiple sectors and actively participate in corporate earnings calls.

    • Perform in-depth fundamental credit analysis on companies throughout Europe and the US.

    • Develop and utilize custom models in Excel to monitor the high-yield universe effectively.

    • Conduct relative value analysis across sectors and companies, adapting to any stage of the business cycle.

    • Identify long-term value opportunities within the high-yield and leveraged loan markets.

    • Oversee segments of the existing high-yield/leveraged finance portfolio and establish new exposures to enhance overall credit strategy.

    • Engage in all credit meetings, gaining exposure to diverse credit strategies and playing an active role in the investment decision-making process.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    Experience:

    • 3-8 years within a credit/leveraged finance team at a sell-side or buy-side asset management firm.

    • Progressing from a high yield analyst to a portfolio manager role.

    • Proficient in fundamental credit analysis, credit metrics, recovery analysis, capital structure, and covenant analysis across high yield companies in Europe and the US.

    • The role is flexible, tailored to the candidate’s potential, at the associate director/director level.

    Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree in Economics/Finance (preferably a master’s) and CFA or similar finance-related qualification.

    • Proficient in Bloomberg, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of INTEX or other CLO software is a plus.

    • Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset; team player with innovative thinking.

    • Familiarity with CLOs and leveraged loans is highly preferred due to synergies with existing strategies.
