  • Apart from being your first point of contact we are here to guide you through the entire recruitment process from initial call and interview to your first day at work with your new employer. A typical successful hiring process may progress like this after first contact with DART for a specific job opportunity:

    - within a week: interview with DART and, if a good match is established between you and the open position, we will prepare and forward your profile to the client

    - within 2 weeks: client review, feedback and interview scheduled with client

    - within 4 weeks: second and third round interviews; initial discussions on salary package

    - within 6 weeks: reference and background checks; employment contract offer

    - within 7 weeks: possible negotiations followed by contract completion, relocation support and agreement on start date
