Carmen Bridgman is an organizational whizz. Whenever you need to know a when, who, what or how much – she’s got the answer, or will be able to find it for you. Carmen has worked in various industries including tourism, hospitality, banking and insurance. She is thankful of the opportunities she has had to live and work in many countries, some rather off the beaten track (literally 4×4 territory, read Safari Lodge in Africa), and to have worked with so many different personalities and cultures.
Carmen ensures the smooth day to day running of the DART office through a combination of her grit, organisation, humour and genuine care. Her responsibilities are assisting the busy team and financial management functions including invoicing and facilities management. When she’s through with work, you can find Carmen at the lake channeling her inner mermaid while planning her next 4×4 adventure safari or walking her beautiful dog Lola.
